Business Fundamentals & Training
- How to register a business, write a business plan, and set up financial systems
- Marketing, branding, and social media strategies tailored for small businesses
- Navigating supply chains, sourcing products, and setting up vendor relationships
Financial Readiness & Capital Access
- One-on-one credit-building and loan application support
- Access to La Riba microloans and other alternative financing options
- Managing cash flow, bookkeeping, and financial forecasting
Culturally Rooted Business Coaching & Mentorship
- Hands-on guidance from immigrant and BIPOC business leaders who understand the unique challenges of minority entrepreneurs
- Tailored coaching for women entrepreneurs, home-based businesses, and family-run enterprises
Building Business Networks & Community Partnerships
- Connecting entrepreneurs to local business networks, industry leaders, and funding opportunities
- Creating a pipeline for long-term growth and sustainability beyond startup phase
Legal & Regulatory Support
- Navigating city, county, and state business licensing requirements

Program Structure
The program is designed as a 12 week cohort-based training with interactive classes, expert-led workshops, and one-on-one coaching tailored to each participant’s business goals.
